At Urban-focus-pro we respect your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you visit urban-focus-pro.com or subscribe to our educational newsletter.

Urban-focus-pro S.R.L., registered with FUNDEMPRESA under Commercial Registration No. 00450982 and tax ID (NIT) 345678902018, with registered office at Av. Arce No. 2132, Illimani Building, 5th floor, office 502, Sopocachi, La Paz, Bolivia, is the controller of the personal data collected through this site.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the name and email address you voluntarily provide through the newsletter form, as well as minimal technical data (anonymized IP address, device type and pages visited) necessary for the operation of the site.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively to send you educational materials on personal financial management, respond to your enquiries and improve the content of urban-focus-pro.com. We do not build advertising profiles and do not share data with advertisers.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the explicit consent you provide by checking the acceptance box before submitting the form, in accordance with Bolivian Law No. 164 on Telecommunications and the consumer protection framework in force in 2026.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your subscription to the newsletter remains active. If you unsubscribe, we delete your information within a maximum of 30 calendar days, unless legal obligations require longer retention.

You may request at any time access to, rectification, cancellation of or opposition to the processing of your data by writing to privacidad@urban-focus-pro.com. We respond within 15 business days.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: TLS 1.3 encryption on all communications, access restricted to authorized staff and annual security audits.
8. International transfers
Our email delivery providers may process data outside Bolivia. We require contractual guarantees equivalent to those foreseen by Bolivian law.
